Lets get started...
Before you arrive it is a good idea to be well hydrated. A big glass of water in the morning first thing on waking is a great idea anyway, be sure to do this on the day of and leading up to your appointment.

Please bring all supplements that you have at home or are taking, with you. These will be tested and tagged in your treatment. Even if you are not using them anymore or don't take them regularly, please bring everything you have. Supplements are very important to your journey. Links and discounts to suggested supplements can be found on the contacts page of this site.

Food sensitivity testing can be done with a few items (no more than 5). If you have a feeling something may be contributing to your symptoms, do bring a small sample of the food or drink with you so we can test this energetically on the day. Food intolerance testing can be arranged and needs an extra 30 minutes to complete. Contact me for prices and to book.

Avoid wearing jeans to the appointment as depending on the treatment, jeans may be uncomfortable. If wearing a dress, please bring a pair of leggings or shorts to put on underneath for your comfort. If wearing sandals, flip-flops, sliders etc, a pair of socks will be a good idea to put on for the treatment.

Should you need to cancel or rearrange I ask you to give me 24 hours notice before your scheduled time to allow me to be able to offer the appointment out to clients on the waiting list. T&C's are available on this website. On the day last minute/cancellations will incur a £50 fee. Can I ask all clients to be on time. If you are late, appointments may need to be cut short. Allow at least 90 minutes for your treatment.

Payments can be made by cash or card on the day or by following the link below. Payments for children can be sent directly. Do not use the links below.

If you are feeling under the weather with cough or cold symptoms, you should let me know before the appointment. Also, if you have had vaccinations for anything at all, you need to bring this to my attention beforehand. A good 2 weeks should be left between vaccines and your treatment as it can make you feel quite ill otherwise.

Contact me should you have any questions regarding any of the above information.
