PILATES CLASSES

Classes are designed for clients paying on a regular 6 week programme. I do not run drop in classes for safety and quality reasons. Each classes holds between 5 and 12 clients. I suggest that all new clients joining an established class complete a private personal Pilates session with me before starting a 6 week programme. This is to make sure you practice Pilates safely and gives me the opportunity to make a full assessment of your current health, movement and abilities. 

*Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, classes are held remotely on Zoom.
